Sabe aqueles dias que você está com desejo de comer algo doce, um bolinho gostoso... mas não tem na sua casa! E você não está com coragem de fazer um bolo enorme!! Aí o que a gente faz??? Procura na internet uma receita de bolo de caneca no microondas! Mas eu não queria um bolo de caneca de chocolate, queria algo diferente. Aí foi que tive a ideia de fazer um bolo de caneca normal e acrescentar doce de goiaba dentro! Pronto! Ficou uma delícia!
- 1 ovo
- 3 colheres de sopa de açúcar
- 3 colheres de sopa de óleo
- 3 colheres de sopa de leite
- 3 colheres de sopa de farinha de trigo com fermento
- baunilha (umas gotinhas)
- Pedaços de goiabada
Em uma caneca coloquei um ovo e as 3 colheres de sopa de açúcar e com um garfo misturei bastante. Depois acrescentei umas gotinhas de baunilha, as 3 colheres de sopa de óleo e as 3 colheres de sopa de leite, misturei bem tudo e no final adicionei as 3 colheres de sopa de farinha de trigo com fermento.
Dividi em duas canecas normais e coloquei alguns pedaços de goiabada. Tudo bem que não dividi em partes iguais, mas deu certo. rsrs... E levei ao microondas por dois minutos. Sim, dois minutinhos e cresceram lindamente.
Desenformei e o doce de goiaba ficou uma delícia derretido... Pronto, matei a vontade de comer um bolinho esperto em menos de 5 minutos de espera! Bom demais da conta. Recomendo! Ficou fofinho e mega gostoso.
